Mathematics is far more than merely a system of measuring quantity. It is the basic, Universal Principle of the Universe, the fundamental basis of all things in the Universe.
All substance in the universe is motion or vibration (that is measurable); and the varying speeds of vibration comprise the innumerable forms of matter/life which merge with one another similar to the merging of the colors of the rainbow. However, just as there is a positive and a negative side to everything in matter/life, so there is a positive as well as a negative side to sequence in mathematics, the quality and the quantity. The quantitative side of mathematics gives measurement of form, while the qualitative side reveals the degree, or qualities, of universal intelligence.
Science has learned to use mathematics and depend upon it to prove every step that is made on the pathway of material progress. The infallibility of the law has led to the present state of scientific development. Guesswork or opinions alone are not considered; each step of the way must be mathematically proved within the law now understood by man.
The Cyclic Law is the application of mathematics to time. Every individual person is born into time and governed by it from the first breath of life until death. Within the space of time called life, the changing minutes, hours, days, months, and years bring changing conditions, thoughts, opportunities, successes, and failures. Although the world at large does not as yet fully realize it, these fluctuating circumstances of life are not as haphazard as they appear to be. There is a definite, intelligent pattern and a basic logical, consistent, and provable reason. That pattern and reason is embodied within mathematics and the Cyclic Law.
No one can escape this law; it is immutable and is operating as an integral part of life whether one is cognizant of the fact or not. These cycles are not exactly the same for everyone at the same time, but each person must pass through the same sequence of cycles. When one fully understands this fact and learns to act in complete accord with the cyclic conditions of each passing day, then one is able to start an undertaking at the proper time, follow it through, and successfully complete it at the proper time; then start something else, or build upon the first success to reach a greater goal, and so on throughout his entire life. If anyone goes against the cycles-either consciously or unconsciously he will work hard and may even seem to be making progress when suddenly many things go wrong, and days, months, perhaps years, of effort are wasted; or he partially succeeds in one aspect of his life and utterly fails in others, and then wonders why.
Man should realize that nothing happens by chance, and that there is a basic and logical cause or reason for every effect. He has a mind which enables him consciously to think, weigh, measure, and analyze; and it is his duty to understand and act in harmony with the natural immutable laws through which he has his existence.
There are three basic periods which make up the Cyclic Law and they may be termed the starting (seeding), the test (growth) and the completion (harvest) periods. These periods do not occur at random and are not dependent upon whether or not one thinks or feels that it is the proper time to do something, but they occur as the natural sequential unfolding of the law of time and growth/evolution. A brief explanation of each period is given here. When we learn to carry out every aspect of your business and personal life in complete harmony with them, then we gain far more from life than you now believe is possible.
This is the hour, day, month, or year when the start should be made in any undertaking, regardless of one's occupation or position in life. This starting period is not an arbitrary time dependent upon the whims of an individual person, but arises as do the other periods in the proper rhythmic sequence of the unfolding of the Cyclic Law.
If one is not directly connected with selling but is supplying your services or you have a personal goal, it is the time to make a start in whatever it is that you desire to accomplish. In the day by day cycles, the businessman's goal is to complete sales successfully or offer his/her services and gain a profit from his/her efforts, as well as render a service to the community. However, the start towards this goal once a business is in operation is to advertise and utilize other ways and means of contacting people and attracting them to his business. It is during this period that he/she should meet, associate, and generally make the business known to as many people as possible.
It is the time to start, to "break ground," to force oneself into action, to make every effort to further one's business and personal undertakings. It is a period where extra emphasis should be placed upon the use of tact and diplomacy because many new and valuable contacts can be made. It is the cycle time to create, develop, and introduce new ideas; make changes, put plans into operation and generally lay the groundwork-according to the requirements of one's occupation for later gains. It could also be a good business period and many things which are of a relatively minor nature-including the sale of goods and services, as well as the carrying out of basic routine could be accomplished.
Just as the type, quantity, and quality of the seeds planted by the farmer or gardener are vitally important in determining the harvest that he will gain, so are the actions of each person equally important during this period in determining what they will gain later during the completion, or harvest, period of their cycles. This period is essentially the same for a company (as are the other periods), the only difference being that the magnitude of operations is that much greater.
Everything in life is tested in one way or another at some time or another. In certain seasons of time the young plant life is tested by the winds and rains, and the weak or sickly are destroyed. Man is no exception to this basic law of nature and it is during this period of time that the strength and the quality of his endeavors are tested. If there are weaknesses or the undertakings were started at the wrong time, then they will be faced with many problems, difficulties, losses, or failures.
This is the period of time when you should strengthen whatever undertakings you have already started and work diligently with system, order, and patience. One should not make any important changes, attempt anything of real consequence, or make any vital decisions because they would not work out successfully and would bring only difficulties as well.
It is not the time to buy, sell, or invest (in major ways or beyond the minor necessary functions of the business) and so one should not make important purchases, sign vital agreements, accept important propositions, or expand the business or personal undertakings during these times. If certain actions are necessary or absolutely unavoidable because of the demands of business or circumstances beyond ones control at the time, then one should be extremely careful of every detail and take nothing for granted because it is during this test period that even small errors can cause a tremendous amount of grief and extra expense, to say nothing of the valuable time wasted.
It is not a time for doing nothing, but of knowing how and where to direct one's efforts constructively. It is the time to be conservative and attend to minor routine duties, technical details, bookwork, and those monotonous tasks which each person invariably puts off. It is the time to strengthen whatever has already been started, but not to start anything new. To do so or to make important changes during this period, would be similar to the farmer attempting to sow his crop during the winter when the weather was not conducive to germination and growth.
Extra care should be taken in every way during this test period, and this includes one's health and personal safety. With regard to a company, the test period is basically the same. It is the time when company routine should be strictly adhered to, and no major changes or expansion should be undertaken. Stock purchases and overhead should be kept to a minimum and great care taken in all business dealings. Nothing should be taken for granted - everything of any importance should be recorded in writing or in proper legal form. If a company does operate against the Cyclic Law at this time - knowingly or not - it either loses considerable ground, runs into many problems and perhaps shows a loss for a time, or it is forced out of business.
This is the day, month, or the year when the results of one's previous efforts appear; it is the fruition/harvest time. The example of the farmer is still similar: the crop must be carefully tended and then harvested at the proper time. The quantity and quality of the seeds sown in the first place as well as the farmer's knowledge and efforts in cultivating them determine the quantity and quality of the harvest he reaps.
In your business and your personal affairs, if constructive effort has been made at the proper time through the other two periods, then business or personal undertakings can be satisfactorily completed. Sales can be made, money collected, ambitions realized, and other benefits received. The greater the constructive effort that you make in harmony with the Cyclic Law, and the more understanding that you have of this Principle, the greater will be your returns in all ways. You will reap as you have sown.
The Cycles In Time Calculator, will reveal the rhythmic progression of the day-by-day conditions which you will pass through according to the movement of the Cyclic Law of Time. The Calculator also allows you to enter any date (1900 - 2100) and view the cycle conditions that prevail on that date.
It is not inferred that you will necessarily do as each day indicates, because that would deny you the freedom of choice to act. Nevertheless, whether or not you are consciously aware that you are doing so - you should act in harmony with this Cyclic Law if you wish to complete any undertaking successfully.
In other words, as an intelligent, reasoning,
free-thinking human being, you may go against these cycles
if you wish to do so, but you cannot go against them and
expect the success, happiness, and well-being that you would
achieve by
living and working in harmony with them.
